Who are these retreats for?
Anyone willing to make positive changes to their lives, wanting to improve physical, mental or emotional health and develop a greater sense of wellbeing. The programme will be tailored to the needs of the participant(s), so a desire to experience a deep state of inner relaxation and calm is more important than prior Ren Xue/Qigong experience. In other words, these retreats are suitable for all levels and is a wonderful opportunity to immerse yourself in a nourishing and healing Qifield and experience immediate benefits.
What is involved?
6 hours of teachings every day specifically tailored to your needs : 9 to 12 pm then 2 to 5pm. Teachings are based on the profound wisdom of Ren Xue and include practical exercises, mindful, meditative, and moving Qigong practices as well as theories. Accomodation is simple but spacious & comfortable (you must be able to walk up a flight of stairs). Self-catered ONLY (bring your own food). There is a basic kitchen for you to cook your meals (fridge, freezer, microwave and 4 burner cookstove but no oven). Composting toilets only. There are several options depending on your budget and what you feel you can afford.
Option 1: $100/day pp (for those financially challenged)
Option 2: $150/day pp (for those with limited means)
Option 3: $200/day pp (full price)
