Meet the teachers and learn about the upcoming programme.
Don’t miss this FREE Introductory Information Evening! Monday 9 February 2026, 5:15–6:30 pm at The Hearing House in Nelson.
For those who are new to Yuan Qigong, or who have some prior experience with the methods Yuan Qigong is a safe and effective system for wellbeing, personal growth, and the cultivation of wisdom. This introductory session will include:
- Building the Qifield,
- Meeting the teaching team and other interested participants,
- An introduction to Yuan Qigong — what it is and how it works,
- Sharing our ideas for the 2026 programme, including classes offered in four-week blocks on Monday evenings.
- Closing the Qi Field.
We look forward to meeting you, answering your questions, and supporting you to gain clarity about whether this programme is right for you.
