Who are these workshops for?
Anyone willing to make positive changes to their lives, wanting to improve physical, mental or emotional health and develop a greater sense of wellbeing. The programme is tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
What is involved?
Yuan Gong practices for body, mind and heart, teachings, time for Q&A, self-reflection, and group discussion. Each Saturday will have a specific focus.
What should I bring?
Not much! Wear comfortable clothing, good footwear and a water bottle.
Morning tea will be provided.
